Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PropLab (proplab.ca) and the PropLab web and mobile applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What PropLab is — and is not

PropLab is a sports statistics and analytics information service. It aggregates publicly available game data and sportsbook lines and presents statistical models, trends and opinions. PropLab is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not hold or transfer funds. Any wagering you choose to do is done with a licensed operator, on their terms, at your sole discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 19 years old in Ontario, 18 in other Canadian provinces, and of legal wagering age in your jurisdiction (21 in most U.S. states).
• You are responsible for confirming that using sports analytics and, separately, placing wagers is legal where you live.
• You must not use the Service if you have self-excluded from gambling in your jurisdiction.

3. No guarantees; not financial advice

Scores, probabilities, projections, strategies and historical win rates are statistical estimates. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial or gambling advice. Sports betting involves substantial risk of loss; never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for your login credentials and everything done under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share, resell or scrape Service data.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, automate access, or violate these Terms.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

5. Free and paid plans

The core Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Sportsbook links and affiliate disclosure

The Service may link to licensed sportsbooks. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning PropLab could receive compensation if you register or wager with that operator. This does not affect the picks or scores shown to you. We do not endorse any operator, and your relationship with an operator is governed solely by their terms.

7. Data sources and accuracy

Game data and lines come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Lines change constantly; always confirm the current line at the sportsbook before wagering. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its models, scores, design and content are owned by PropLab. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropLab and its owners are not liable for any wagering losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or CAD $50 if you paid nothing). The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.
